2009 Harley Davidson FXDC Dyna Super Glide Custom – Motorbike Bicycle
The FX Super Glide was first introduced in 1971 as a combination between the already existing FLH Electra Glide and XLH Sportster models. Various models (FXDB Daytona, FXDC Dyna Glide Custom, FXRT Sport Glide, FXDL Dyna Low Rider, FXRS-Conv Convertible, FXRS-SP Low Rider Sport and FXDWG Dyna Wide Glide) were introduced through the 1990s and each one of those brought a major contribution to the overall evolution of the Dyna family.
2005 brought the Super Glide Custom and in 2007, the Twin Cam 88 engine was replaced by the Twin Cam 96.
With a low-slung, two-up ribbed seat, Fat Bob fuel tank, laced wheels and plenty of chrome, the Dyna Super Glide Custom stands out on the street. The low and long Super Glide rides on a silver powder-coated Twin Cam 96 engine.
The Harley-Davidson Dyna family has its roots in the factory-custom revolution of the 1970s. All Dyna models feature a new silver-face speedometer with fuel range read-out, a new low-profile front fender and a new fuel sender.

2010 Harley Davidson Dyna Super Glide Custom FXDC – Motorbike Bicycle
The Super Glide Custom is at once both a throwback to the breakthrough styling of the early Super Glides—the 1972 iteration, particularly—as well as a refined and mechanically evolved evocation of those Willie G. Davidson “factory custom” forays. The FXDC Super Glide entered the Harley lexicon for the first time in 2005 (though the FXDC code had appeared briefly in 1991 on the short-lived Dyna Glide Custom). It remained out of the limelight in 2006, being dramatically overshadowed by the 35th Anniversary Super Glide with its big fat bobs, laced wheels,
pullbacks, tank-mount dash console, and stunning 1971 paint and graphic treatment replete with the (shudder) AMF #1 logo boldly displayed on tank, console and side cover. On the shiny side of the platform, the Custom competed for attention with the popular Low Rider and Wide Glide models.
With the exit of the Low Rider from the line-up, and the return of the Wide Glide in Dark Custom clothing, the FXDC assumes a new prominence as the last Dyna exemplar of the fabled acres-of-chrome factory custom hog.
An added pleasure of getting Mike involved was to gauge his reactions to the bike. The Super Glide Custom fits a man of Mike’s dimensions admirably. Combine that with the stout Dyna chassis introduced in 2007, the stocky 49mm, dual-rate-sprung front fork, and the Michelin Scorcher tires new for 2010, and you get a bike with an agility in the twisties belied by its visual mass

2010 Harley Davidson Dyna Super Glide FXD – Motorbike Bicycle
The bikes of the Dyna Glide family are the pure embodiment of the spirit of a Harley V-Twin. A Twin Cam 88 filled with heart and power. Rubber-mounted for smooth rides and giant miles. And the V-Twin has earned a rightful place in Harley-Davidson riders.
The bikes of the Dyna Glide family are the pure embodiment of the spirit of a Harley® V-Twin. A Twin Cam 88®, filled with heart and power. Rubber-mounted for smooth rides and giant miles. Then loaded with traditional custom style. FXDX Super Glide Sport (drag mouse over photo above): Any motorcycle that wears the name “Harley-Davidson” has plenty of attitude built in. It’s eighty-eight cubic inches of blacked-out Twin Cam88® power. We put on adjustable rear gas-charged shocks and a cartridge-type sport fork to dial up the experience to any degree you like. The style is equally aggressive. A 100TH Anniversary nameplate tops it off. It’s Dyna Glide at its most restless
FXDXT Super Glide T-Sport:
The job of Dyna Glide bikes has always been to get riders to the great far-off somewhere. Like all Dyna Glide machines, it’s a mile-eater. For evidence, look to the rubber-mounted Twin Cam 88® powertrain. We tacked on long-distance tires and seat, and an adjustable sport fairing.
